john moore & sons (1972) Limited - We,
the private
investigators refers to us. ‘you’
our Client, customer, refers to a client of alexander
moore & associates that has paid or agreed to
employ john moore & sons (1972) Limited for
its’ services, as per mutual agreement
governed by these terms.
All contracts
(including those made in the future) for the
provision of services made by or on behalf
of the private investigators are subject to
these Conditions, unless they are excluded
or varied by express written agreement
between the private investigators and the
Client. The Client's terms and conditions shall
not apply, the client agrees to these terms
and conditions when instructing alexander
moore & associates.
Utilising the
services of the private investigators will
signify your acceptance of our terms
conditions of Business and any stated
pricing structure.
When
instructing alexander
moore & associates, you are entering into a legally
binding agreement. Such an agreement obliges
you to pay such fees as are agreed required
in order to complete your enquiry. Failure
to pay such fees will render your contract
null and void.
Refunds Policy. alexander
moore & associates private investigators
cannot provide refunds once we have acted
upon a client's instruction in any way. When
a client's instruction has been acted upon
and the client wishes to cancel the
instruction, the fees paid to alexander
moore & associates will be
forfeited in full.
Fees. All fees
for instructing alexander
moore & associates private investigators are payable in
advance of john moore & sons (1972) Limited
acting on any instructions for the client.
This usually means a minimum of 50% of our
fees for accepting instructions, either by
way of paid retainer or 50% of fees due,
with the cost of the investigation payable upon
commencement or completion of investigations, or normally
100% of agreed fees paid in advance. a
retainer is not a deposit and is not
refundable.

moore & associates, it's agents, and
representatives reserve the right to revise
charges to take account of any increase in
the cost to them for providing the Services,
or special, extraordinary or exceptional
payments made on the Client's behalf and
incurred with the approval of the Client.
The private
investigators shall not be liable to the
Client in any way whatsoever for any delay
in completing the Services agreed upon
between us and the Client, whether the
delay was due to unforeseen circumstances or
matters beyond our control or otherwise.

its agents, associates and representatives
provide all information in its' reports in
good faith and as such can make no guarantee
that the information contained in reports
provided to clients, whether implied or
stated, either orally communicated or in
writing, are true and accurate. alexander
moore & associates accepts no liability for
any inaccuracies in its reporting, the use,
misuse or any loss arising from its’
reports.
Our reports may
be provided to the client orally or in
writing, as deemed appropriate by the
private investigators. our reports remain
the intellectual property of alexander moore
& associates and the reuse, publication, or
presentation of our reports to third parties
is strictly forbidden unless prior mutual
written agreement has been reached between
us and the client and or their
representative (s).

moore & associates private investigators is
registered as a data controller under the
Data Protection Act 1998 (England & Wales). alexander
moore & associates will not knowingly
undertake investigations that will result in
a breach of any laws governing the domicile
within which it is instructed to perform an
investigation or instruction. If the client
is suspected of abusing the services of alexander
moore & associates, for illicit, criminal or any
unlawful purpose will have their agreement
(s) with john moore & sons (1972) Limited
terminated without notice or prejudice. alexander
moore & associates will assist any
legally recognised authority in the
prosecution of parties abusing its’ services
in such a manner. It is a client’s
responsibility to seek the proper legal
advice in all matters relating to our
instructions.
Without
prejudice to our terms conditions, alexander
moore & associates reserves the right to
suspend the provision of any Services which
have not been carried out by virtue of any
cause over which the private investigators
have no control.
Confidentiality. alexander
moore & associates private investigators,
its agents and representatives will never
disclose client information without being
served the proper legal instrument that alexander
moore & associates must comply with, unless
the client expressly wishes us to release
any such information to a third party. In
the absence of such an instrument, or client
authority to release information pertaining
to a client’s investigations, alexander
moore & associates considers all client
materials, identity data, and all material
relating to client investigations as highly
confidential. This confidentiality clause is
subject to john moore & sons (1972) Limited
terms & conditions and therefore may not
apply in all circumstances.
alexander
moore & associates private investigators reserves
the right to change its' terms conditions
without notice. The currents terms
conditions will be available on this page at
all possible times. We are not responsible
for off-site server failures that may render
this page unavailable at any given time.
Information and
reports exchanged between the Client and the
private investigators are private and
confidential and are believed to be accurate
at the time of authoring, and are submitted
in good will. They are submitted without
prejudice and are provided for the exclusive
use of the Client or the private
investigators and their agents and advisers.
The content of any reports will not be
divulged by either parties to any third
party without the prior written consent of the
authors. The private investigators and the
Client and their advisers and agents shall
hold any information supplied or acquired pursuant to the
contract in strict confidence and secrecy,
and shall not use, disclose, publish or
otherwise make available to any third party
any such information save as is necessary
for the proper performance of the relevant
party's obligations under the contract
